hot yoga

This is a 75 minutes Hot Yoga class features 26 classic postures and 2 breathing techniques, practiced twice, to enhance alignment and focus. This sequence is thoughtfully designed to build strength, improve balance and cultivate mental clarity while promoting a sense of calm and rejuvenation. Suitable for all levels.

Monday 5:45 - 6:45pm

dynamic flow

A strong yoga flow with a light hearted approach. Looking for a combination of physical and mental exercises that enhance posture, strength, mobility and mood. Then this mixed level class is for you. Come as you are!

Tuesday 5:45 - 6:45pm

hot yoga flow

This is a dynamic, mixed-level vinyasa class designed for all practitioners. In a heated space, you'll move through a mindful progression of asanas that blend strength, mobility, balance and breath. With variations offered for accessibility, this practice is for you.

Tuesday 7:30 - 8:30pm

hot yoga 60mins

This Classic Beginners series is made up of 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises. Be prepared to stretch, strengthen and flush everything inside and out. The physical and emotional therapeutic benefits of this sequence are worth learning - the most accessible effective & efficient yoga class in the world! ALL LEVELS.

Wednesday 12:00 - 1:00pm

vinyasa flow

A flowing, playful yoga & movement practice that will build heat, strength and integrity throughout the entire body. Expect to sweat a little, smile a lot and feel recharged. Suitable for all levels with options always given to enable a more restful or dynamic approach.

Wednesday 6:00 - 7:15pm

hot yoga 75mins

This Classic Beginners series is made up of 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises. Be prepared to stretch, strengthen and flush everything inside and out. ashtanga yoga

Discover the dynamic practice of Ashtanga yoga in this 60 minutes guided class. Ashtanga is a traditional yoga system that links breath with movement in a set sequence of postures. We'll true to the Primary series, with tailored options to fit the class length and support all levels. By moving quickly and powerfully, you will build heat in the body and challenge yourself to stay present. This practise has a strong sense of purpose, so the invitation is to show up!
