I’m Evdokia,

A Yoga practitioner and instructor currently based in Brighton, UK.

I fell in love with Yoga back in 2012 when I was studying Mathematics at the University of Crete. My whole life I’d been trying to express my true self but instead what was coming out was a confused echo. After practicing yoga for a while and experiencing positive shifts and being able to release unhelpful patterns, I decided to dive deeper into it.

I started my professional teacher training as a yoga instructor when I was 24 with the inspiring teacher Vivi Letsou, at Nysy-studios. This is where I developed new techniques and learned the methodology behind asana and pranayama in depth. I explored different numerous yoga schools, which widened my inspiration for teaching and got influenced by Abhaya Yoga - Fearless Yoga. All this took place in my home country, Greece.

I then moved to Brighton in 2016, in search of new experiences. Everything somehow progressed swiftly, I got a job at a college and started sharing my passion for yoga in my afternoon classes.

While exploring yogic literature, books, attending different seminars and workshops, I shifted and evolved my skills into teaching my own free-creative Vinyasa flow, ‘Anasa’ Flow Yoga - ‘Breath’ Flow Yoga.

In 2019 I traveled to Rishikesh, India and completed a total of 500h of training in Vinyasa flow yoga and Ashtanga yoga. I obtained an insight into how bodies move and learned how to maintain a flexible mind.

With over 500h of training and seminars and a over 7 years of experience in yoga, I offer classes that are designed to mirror everyone’s needs.

What I love about yoga...

Yoga is my lifestyle, my job, my practice, my creative expression and my magic power to transform not only my mind & body but yours too.

This career asks me to be alive, constantly changing and adapting to the community needs. It teaches me that there are no mistakes and that each of our lives are structured to give us the highest education possible.

Thanks & Gratitude

to my teachers and mentors, to my students, friends, family and everyone who has supported me throughout this journey.
