I’m Evdokia and I’m so glad you’ve landed here.

I’m a dedicated yoga teacher, laughter leader, and reformer trainer and above all, a lifelong student. 

 

Yoga first sparked my curiosity for movement years ago, and it’s been a love story ever since.

My Approach

I believe movement should be both grounding and liberating.

​

Root yourself in traditional practices like Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga.

Enrich your experience with contemporary insights into the body and mind.

Energise your nervous system with mental drills.

Release what feels heavy with laughter yoga.

Explore new paths to stillness with dynamic meditations.

And recharge your whole system with the healing the healing rest of Yoga Nidra.

 

My approach is about weaving tradition with creativity, so every class feels like a journey, both inward and outward.

What I am passionate about

Movement is my lifestyle, my practice, and my way of expressing creativity. It’s the magic that transforms not only my body and mind, but also the way I connect with others.

 

I’m passionate about helping people feel alive, curious, and free in their practice.

For me, movement is about adaptability, play, and presence, a reminder that there are no mistakes, only experiences that shape us.

 

It’s how I come home to myself, and it’s the joy I love sharing with you.
